*establish or deepen relationship with Jesus
*lead to an awakening to the power of Sacramental Baptism and Confirmation
*provide an experience of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit-a fuller expression of the Spirit, as in a personal Pentecost.
*is most effective when approached with faith, openness and expectancy.
